Driving Directions

(From Guardhouse / Main Entrance)

1.) Enter the main gate of Villa Alexandra Subdivision Phase

2.) Pass the security guardhouse at the subdivision entrance.

3,) Turn right. On the first intersection, turn right again, drive straight, then left to Dogwood street. Follow the concrete road for approximately 150–200 meters until you reach left turn toward Daisy Street.

It is the first house on your right. The house is a bungalow with a front vehicle gate on the left side and a pedestrian gate on the right when facing the house. ◦ The house also has two small roof air vents and a two (2) multi-coloured square brick design on the front fence.

(Guest Information)

An onsite lady operator/housekeeper may be available for emergency power (generator access only), has a separate pedestrian gate and living area (kitchen & bathroom).

The lady caretaker/operator is not part of household staff and is not responsible for daily chores during your stay. Assistance is limited to: emergency power support, toiletries, linens/towels, manicure and pedicure services and for private and public transport booking or pick up. Onsite services are available only between 07:30 and 22:00.

1. Security Deposit (Loss & Damage) Must be settled before check-out. This will cover any loss, damage, or missing items found after inspection. 2. Compliance with Government & Local Rules Guests must comply with all Philippine government regulations and local ordinances, including: Noise control Waste disposal Parking rules Philippine regulations require hosts to provide a code of conduct including local rules to guests. 3. Noise Policy (Quiet Hours) Strict quiet hours must be observed: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (or per local ordinance) Loud music, parties, or disturbances are not allowed Respect neighbours at all times.

Washing machine during your stay, (small fee applies), and for your convenience, a backup generator is available and included for up to 2 hours. If needed for longer, a small fuel contribution applies.

1. Illegal Drugs The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited Any violation will be reported to authorities in accordance with the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002

2. Gambling Unauthorized or illegal gambling activities are not allowed on the premises Guests must comply with Philippine laws, including the Anti-Illegal Gambling Act

3. Explicit Content & Filming Creating, filming, or producing explicit or pornographic content inside the property is strictly prohibited This includes any activity that may violate the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009 and other applicable laws

4. Consequences of Violations Immediate termination of stay without refund Forfeiture of security deposit Reporting to local authorities if required by law.

5. No pets allowed
